Downtown Project

My client was looking for privacy but didn't want the traditional sub-division fence idea. We decided to build these beautiful wooden privacy panels. They had originally only ordered 2 panels, but within a months time we were back installing another 2. To help stay in budget we kept a lot of the existing plant material but also planted some colourful clematis to soften the plain wooden panels.

Limestone Hide Away

This project was so much fun for me! The previous owners had planted large plant material that was over grown and blocking the beautiful limestone and windows. My client wanted it all removed and starting from scratch. We incorporated size appropriate plant material that won't block the historical limestone and created an ever blooming garden. The different use of flower colours contrast nicely against the grey stone colour. We did keep some of the original peonies, since they are a timeless, classic flower which works well with the backdrop.

Palace rd

My clients had just moved into this property in the fall and weren't looking for a lot of yard work. To tidy up the garden beds and make then easier to maintain, we added stone to the base of the vegetable garden boxes and we planted a row of miniature hydrangeas along the pathway. Not only does the stone give the unused corner of the yard a fresh look, the maintenance free hydrangeas along the pathway are elegant and timeless, and who doesn't love hydrangeas!!

Lakeshore rd

This was a really fun project for me. The clients wanted a green and white garden. We incorporated hydrangeas, varigated hostas, grasses and complimented the space with a beautiful Japanese Maple.

Palace rd

I still cant get over the transformation of this front area. We took it from boring to beautiful! It is definitely what this customer needed to greet her clients with.

Butterfly Garden Delight

This homeowner had a vision and we were able to bring it life! A butterfly garden that will bloom and attract pollinators all season long.

Rideau Canal

Our clients were battling with goutweed in both garden areas. We excavated and removed the existing soil, added new healthy soil and replanted both areas. They wanted low maintenance gardens so they can spend time with their grandchildren.

Sydenham Farmhouse

This charming farmhouse has been in their family for years. They recently updated the porch and needed new planting to soften the look. I chose classic, heritage perennials and shrubs to keep with the charm of the house.

Robert Wallace Drive

This poor garden had been neglected and was in need of some care.  Using some of the existing plant material we were able to add WOW factor to this house and give it some needed curb appeal!
